HOW MUCH DOES IT COST? If you subscribe the boxes cost £12.99 per month. If you want to buy a one off box it will cost £14.99. Gift subscriptions are also available at various prices. In all cases the content of the box will be of a greater value than what you are paying.


WHEN WILL I GET MY BOX? If you have subscribed or brought a box before the countdown deadline your box will be shipped on the 15th of that month. The boxes take 3 to 5 days from the shipping date.


HOW CAN I PAY? We accept all major credit/debit cards via the Paypal checkout. If you are subscribing you will have to set up a PayPal account if you don’t already have one, this is very straight forward and will only take a few minutes to complete. If you are purchasing a Single box a Paypal account is not required.


WHEN WILL I GET BILLED IF I GET A SUBSCRIPTION? Your first payment will be taken when you subscribe and then automatically on that same date for the following months recurring ....e.g.  If you buy a subscription on the 10th of November you will get charged on that day for your first box then on 10th December for your second, 10th January for your third....etc


WHAT WILL I GET IN MY BOX? Each month your box will contain a selection of story and activity book suitable for 2 to 6 year olds, all books will be suitable for both boys and girls. The box will also contain a tasty box of tea perfect fro sipping on while reading your child a story.


WHY CAN'T I CHOOSE WHICH BOOKs I GET? The exciting thing about Book and a Brew is that you get a surprise every month, which is the nature of our product. We guarantee that we will never repeat the books we send out but we have no control over that you may already have the books and therefore cannot issue refunds for such an occurrence.


DAMAGES?  We pack our boxes with great care so this should be a rare occurrence but please contact us via the “Email us” tab ASAP if any items in your box are damaged.


WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO? We ship to the whole of the UK and the E.U, except for Spain, Italy & Portugal.


HOW DOES THE COUNTDOWN WORK? The countdown shows how long you have to subscribe or buy this month’s current box. Once this comes to an end a new one will start for the following month.


WHO WILL DELIVER MY BOX? Your box will be delivered by your friendly local Postman via Royal Mail. If you are not at home for the delivery they will leave you a card to re-arrange redelivery.


CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY? We are unable to track orders at this moment but if you have any problems with your order please contact our customer services via the “Email us” tab at the top of the page.


WHERE'S MY BOX? If you have not received your box within 5 working days from the dispatch date please check with your local Royal Mail sorting office before contacting us as they may not left you a "We missed you" card if you were out at time of delivery.


CAN I ORDER A BOX AS A GIFT FOR ANOTHER PERSON? Yes these boxes make an excellent present. When you have selected your box and clicked subscribe you will be taken to paypal where you have to log in once you have done this click "Edit Address" under dispatch information, you can then add a new address and select it as "Gift Address".


CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION? Of course we don’t want to see you leave but if you need to cancel your subscription at any point just click on the “My Subscription” tab at the top of the page and contact us through the link provided.

WHAT LANGUAGE WILL THE BOOKS BE IN? Books will always be printed in English.


IS THE CONTENTS OF THE EUROPEAN BOXES DIFFERENT FROM THE U.K? No all boxes will be the same as the U.K versions.


WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING OPTIONS? We offer two types of shipping for our European customers. You can choose from either tracked and signed or standard which isn't trackable.


HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER? If you have selected the trackable option, we will email you a tracking number and a link to the Royal Mail tracking website.
